Aria Night Out Nails!

Hi everyone!!

I have some Las Vegas inspired nails for you today! I was asked by Vegas.com to create a look I would wear on a night out dancing with my girlfriends at Aria's nightclub, Haze. I loved all the purple in this photo they have of the club, so I used a bunch of purple polishes and added some black and gold in a V shape (not intentionally for Vegas, but hey it works!) #AriaNightOut

I wish I was more into nail art when I actually did go to Vegas! I definitely would have worn something like this. I guess I'll just have to go again!! Have you ever been to Vegas?

 I used:
  • OPI: Black Onyx
  • OPI: You're Such A Budapest
  • OPI: Purple With A Purpose
  • Essie: Under Where?
  • Essie: Bond With Whomever
  • Essie: Play Date
  • China Glaze: Purple Panic

Neon Ombre Nails!

Hi there! I have a bright neon summer mani today! Just a simple ombre gradient. I bought a bright green Essie and an orange China Glaze recently and I had to use them together! So I did a gradient, and added some yellow in between them. They were of course hard to photograph, so they were much brighter in person.

I used:
  • Essie: The More The Merrier
  • Illamasqua: Rare
  • China Glaze: Metro Pollen-tin
  • Seche Vite: Dry Fast Top Coat

4th of July Nails!

Happy 4th of July to my American followers! It's a litttttle past midnight here in MA, so it's officially the fourth. I stayed up late doing/posting these because I know I won't have much time the rest of the day.

I did some classic American Flag nails using silver glequins and striping tape. I love the way they came out, especially using silver instead of white.

Hope everyone has a fabulous Fourth!

I used:
  • OPI: My Favorite Ornament
  • OPI: OPI...Eurso Euro
  • OPI: The Spy Who Loved Me
  • Seche Vite: Dry Fast Top Coat

  • OPI: Where Did Suzi's Man-go?
  • OPI: I Just Can't Cope-acabana

Black, White & Mint Stripes!

Hey everyone! How was your first day of summer? Awesome I hope! We had a big graduation party for my brother, and a bunch of cousins and it was perfect.

My nails for today are actually what I wore at one of my cousin's graduations to match my dress. It was black and white striped and I had a mint colored belt on. I loved that combo so I tried it on my nails.

I used:
  • OPI: My Boyfriend Scales Walls
  • OPI: Black Onyx
  • China Glaze: Highlight Of My Summer
  • Seche Vite: Dry Fast Top Coat

Polka Dot Matte Nails!

Happy Father's Day! To probably the .01% of Father's that read my blog...

Today I have some really subtle nails, but I thought they were pretty. I actually was inspired by a shirt my grandmother was wearing, hahaha. It was a light tan color with shiny gold polka dots, I told her "I'm going to paint my nails like this shirt," so I did... I used a light gray though instead of tan, mostly because I still hadn't used my "Don't Bossa Nova Me Around" OPI polish.

I used:
  • OPI: Don't Bossa Nova Me Around
  • Essie: Good As Gold
  • OPI: Matte Top Coat
